I have always worked hard and felt appreciated for my contributions. I also believe in balancing work and play...At age 50 I swung my leg over a bike, read many books on cycling, and brought spokes and wrenches into the classroom. In the process I wrote about repairs, bike education, and cycle journaling. One year later I logged over 2200 miles on my bike. I have found that learning something new each year is my best formula for life long wellness.
