The company produces one-of-a-kind products like ORBOVISION and creates the customized DVDs that are projected onto the ORB screen.
Imaginary Labs also investigates new methods of large scale energy transmission. This work is largely imaginary. People have to imagine solutions before they can come to reality. Everyone should build a crystal radio. Listening to one can change one's views on free energy. (you don't "plug in" a crystal radio, it amplifys radio waves without all that 110 power.)
We are concerned with promoting the possible, beyond the currently economically viable. There are solutions to the world's problems, and some are evident, but not implemented. Some solutions are simple and FREE. It's always the money, the protection of the status quo, the profit margins that limits progress. The status quo promotes ignorance and slows progress, hurting people. Imaginary Labs wants to shake things up. We investigate and promote ideas that bring good needed positive effect almost immediately. (The ORB, EZP, Dayside Electric). Those ideas that may seem almost dreams to many today: Water in the deserts. Efficient electricity in rural health clinics. Sequestering of Carbon. Mobility without roads made of oil. subterranean heat pumps. Tornado prevention devices. Safe high voltage signals at high frequencys. Sky without wires. Flight without burning kerosene smudge. Hydrogen made using solar energy, etcetera.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER: TOBY BALLANTINE
Toby was literally born on the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus grounds where he grew up until he was 5. Toby's father was the famous Circus Clown, artist and author, Bill Ballantine, who also served as dean of the Clown College in Sarasota, FL.
Following High School, Toby studied art and design at the Art Student's League, the School of Visual Arts, Penland School of Crafts, the Gerritt Reitvald Academy, and Orrefors Glasbruk. Following in his father's footsteps, he joined the Circus and toured the world as center ring clown and stilts walker, ringmaster announcer, and advance advertising PR guy. Toby was a circus clown for 25 years straight through, every season. Now he likes making lightning bolts and lighting neon signs up with his fingers.
